Lake Durankulak

The site comprises 200,000 m2 (circa 50 acres) and is located south west of the Bulgarian famous Durankulak Lake. The Durankulak Lake region is circa 100 kilometers from Varna International Airport and 6 kilometers from the Bulgaria Romanian border and 60 kilometers from Constansa Airport, the Romanian Black Sea capital. The contour of the land is predominately flat with a gradual slope towards the lake and sea shore. The site has exceptional views of the neighbouring lake and the Black Sea with proximity to the longest sand beach on the Black Sea within 500 meters.
