Crannog Asset Management was established in 2006 with a team of professionals dedicated to bringing outstanding investment opportunities to our private clients.

As a wholly owned Irish company, we act as an advisor in the originating, structuring, monitoring, development and syndication of large-scale land finance and real estate investment opportunities, provided through unique private equity deals. We pride ourselves on sourcing unique property investments, which would not otherwise be available to individuals.

By managing the financial affairs of our High Net Worth clients, Crannog Asset Management's primary role is to preserve, manage and create wealth for our clients in a tax efficient manner. This involves establishing the client's financial goals and objectives, developing a financial strategy tailored specifically to that client's circumstances and delivering in a suitable timeframe.

Crannog Asset Management is regulated by the Financial Regulator as a Mortgage Intermediary and as a Tied-Agent of Irish Life for our Life & Pensions business.
